for some reason, they do not suit, simply return the item in question
within ten working days of receipt with a detailed explanation (so that
we might steer you in the direction of something which would work for
you--even if it’s not ours) and we’ll send you a full refund
or credit towards your next purchase. Postage and Packing is non-refundable.
Shelf
Life
All of our products have a statutory shelf life of
30 months unopened. Once opened, however, the skin care and the colours
should be used within 6 months. The shampoos and the bubble baths should
be used within a year of opening. There are emblems on the labels to remind
you. Also, please be sensible and keep your goodies safe from extremes
of temperature. At the risk of sounding like your mother, dirty fingers
shouldn’t really mix with skin care products, should they? Thank
