Full Moon Frost

 This all-mineral silver glitter reminds me of the full moons one sees (if lucky) that occur in the winter just before it would snow-- they always had that lovely luminous ring around them.  Full Moon Frost captures that silvery depth perfectly.  Apply to eyelids over Indavidual for a delicate rock chick effect, or over Mystic Misty or Lapis Lazuli for more "edge".  Very glamourous!
